I was overweight, always sick, and unknowingly depressed...
In July 2019, I embarked on an unforgettable adventure through East Africa, spanning five exhilarating weeks. Beginning in Uganda, I immersed myself in nature's wonders, trekking alongside majestic gorillas, playful chimpanzees, and embarking on thrilling safaris. From there, I journeyed to Nairobi, Kenya, where I rendezvoused with a tour group for further exploration. Together, we delved into the enchanting landscapes of the Masai Mara, camped by the tranquil shores of Lake Victoria, and ventured into Tanzania, where the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater awaited us. Our adventures even took us soaring above the breathtaking National Parks in a hot air balloon. However, the pinnacle of my journey was the awe-inspiring ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro, a six-day odyssey that left an indelible mark on my soul. I concluded my expedition with a blissful retreat on the idyllic beaches of Zanzibar.
But amidst the beauty and adventure, I found myself grappling with dissatisfaction upon reviewing my vacation photos. I hated the way I looked! This prompted a profound realization: it was time for change. Despite my dedication to fitness, regular hikes, gym sessions, and healthy eating, I couldn't shake off excess weight.
In August 2019, determined to transform my life, I searched for guidance and help. While I initially sought out a fitness coach for exercise and nutrition, I was astonished to discover an energy healer and mentor who would propel me to new heights.
Unveiling subconscious blocks that held me to excess weight as a protective shield against emotional and physical pain, I embarked on a holistic journey of energy healing, coupled with fitness and nutrition coaching. Through this transformative process, I shed nearly 50 pounds of excess weight and witnessed a ripple effect of positive change, from making more money to improved relationships.
Empowered by my newfound understanding of energy healing and subconscious reprogramming, alongside comprehensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition, I've crafted a program to guide others on their own transformative journeys.

Derek is such an amazing healer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and extremely devoted to his healing work. I have worked with him a few times over the last 18 months or so and the results have been profound and very quick to say the least.
One of the first times I remember feeling stuck. Like nothing was moving forward in my life at all and even my drive was down. This was manifesting in my body as intense knee pain in my left knee at the time.
